YTB probably has the best compensation plan in the country. We get paid 22 different ways in the company and the compensation paid split into 3 different divisions. The YTB opportunity offers you the ability to make money in all 3 divisions, qualify for bonuses, commissions on sales, training bonuses, medical insurance, life insurance, revenue sharing & more.

Here is a list of the ways we get paid:

60% Commission on all personal business	Sign on bonuses $50 - $100
$500 - $5000 commission match on new agents initial sales	Training Bonuses $1000 / per every 6 people recruited on your team
Training / Recruiting Bonuses $10,000 - $1,000,000	Full Medical Insurance - Group (PPO) pre-existing conditions included
Multiple Residuals on entire agency	$100,000 Life Insurance Policy
50% commission match for life on all recruits / trainees	Minimum $2000 / month Revenue Sharing (after qualifications)
Travel Credentials allowing you access to all the best prices in the industry	1099 Status that allows you to take advantage of the tax benefits

Referring Travel Agent (RTA)	Travel Sales (personal travel website)
YTB Representative	Franchise Sales -Agency Development
Association / Non-profit Sales	Fund Raising Division - Association Sales
All Agents in the company may choose to work in 1 or all of the divisions in the company, however most choose to work in at least 2 divisions.
